It was a great experience staying in the "Deluxe Room." The location is excellent, very close to the historic center, and so on. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all my inquiries. Both the outdoor and indoor pools were enjoyable. Breakfast is divided into two shifts, which you need to specify in advance. You can serve yourself some items like coffee and juice, but for other things, you need to ask an employee, which is different from a typical "all-you-can-eat self-service" buffet. There's also a small gym.

Very nice hotel. I didn't like at all that we had shifts for breakfast and that they served the food at breakfast, so you couldn't serve yourself. The room my children stayed in, room 37, was too small. The pool was incredible, beautiful.

The room we had was quite outdated, and smelled damp so we went straight in to open the window. There were no plugs near the nightstands, in fact there was only one plug in the room so charging devices was an odyssey. The buffet breakfast was of very good quality but the strange thing was that you had to choose from afar what you wanted and the staff served it to you. The heated pool is a great place to go at this time of year. The location is very good, you are a block and a half from the main street and a few blocks from the historic center.

Hotel bem simpático, com uma estrutura boa. A área da piscina é bonita e agradável. O salão do café é bem bacana e fica de frente a área da piscina. O que não gostei foi do atendimento no café: se quiser pegar o pão, bolo é a atendente que pega e coloca no seu prato. Muito estranho. Além disso, a variedade é pouca. O atendimento da recepção foi muito bom!
