Beautiful, recently-updated basement apartment with a private patio, kitchenette, and cozy living space with a 55" smart tv! Our space has a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed, as well as a couch in the living room that can double as a pull-out bed. It is centrally located as well, and is within walking distance of a coffee shop and park, as well as 25 minutes or less away from places such as USAFA, Garden of the Gods, Peterson Air Force Base, and the Colorado Springs airport! We have guests that live upstairs above the VRBO, so you may hear them from time to time. Loud talking, music, and other noises can be heard in other parts of the house, so we ask everyone to please keep noise down during quiet hours of 9PM to 8AM (: About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

We loved the location of this rental property and it was a very cozy layout. Looked just like the photos and the price is very reasonable! You can definitely hear the people above you but honestly it didnt bother us much. Overall, great experience. Thanks Michael!

Great and Cool! Everything about the property was as advertised. The only issue we had was with temperature control. It was a hot day and night in Colorado Springs, and the AC was on high. Being in the basement where the AC wasn't needed as much but couldn't be adjusted made the apartment cooler that we would have liked. So, in summary, a very cool place to be on a hot day!

Wheatgrass Mostly good! The shelf in the refrigerator was broken so it was hard to put anything in there. The seat on the toilet moved around a lot so that was not pleasant. The living soace
