For your comfort, we disinfect all high traffic surfaces with CDC recommended disinfectants. This includes door knobs, locks, switches, counters, appliance controls and handles, trash cans, remotes, bathroom controls, window handles, blind pulls, tables, dining chairs and much more. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of deer amd absolutely gorgeous views. The walking path to the top was veey nice. The home was clean. Simple. Easy drive to town.We did not have kids with us but I feel that the home was kid friendly. Pictures are viwes from the home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was spacious, quiet, and had an amazing outdoor area. We saw several big mule deer. The only possible downside was that we had some difficulties with the keyed door lock.

Wildlife paradise in Colorado Springs! We had such a wonderful time at this property! The house was spotless and so comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults. We enjoyed being so close to the highway for convenience to get everywhere but it felt like we were away from it all in a wildlife preserve! We saw lots of animals- a family of 3 deer as well as a family of 3 great horned owls. It was amazing! We loved the area on the hill to relax, drink a glass of wine, and take in the scenery. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to all my family and friends! Communication with the hosts was super easy through the app. Definitely a 5 star stay all around!

Comfort and Scenery! We loved our stay with Chris. The lower level of her home was comfortable, quiet, and serene. I had never seen an owl in it's natural habitat and one morning there was a huge owl right outside our entrance. Our granddaughters loved the space as well. Two bathrooms are a must when traveling with two girls. The space is cozy and you feel like you are staying with a friend or family member. Chris is welcoming but also very respectful of your privacy. The neighborhood and surrounding homes are beautiful. We enjoyed the short hike to the Hoodoos. The location allowed for easy access to the areas we visited to include Canyon City, Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs.
