The stay was overall pleasant. Clean rooms with all you would need for a quick one night stay. The night front desk person was not very polite. He canceled my reservation and when I arrived he gloated when telling me this. He treated me as if my payment method was declined for nefarious reasons on my part when in actuality my bank coded the transaction as possible fraud. He told me he would have to see if the room was still available and that all the hotels in town were booked. I told him if he didn’t find a room I would take my business elsewhere since he was so rude!

Clean rooms and good location.Breakfast was good but was repetitive every day . Front desk changed everyday but the night manager was rude when asked for bottled water 🤨.

The front entry was under construction, so that we had to figure out how to go into the hotel. It was not very obvious. We stayed in room 221 which was 5 rooms away from I-25. We can hear the traffic a little. One of us was a light sleeper but was able to sleep through the night. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and clean. The bathroom fan was a bit loud. There was no body lotion in the room. We asked at the front desk, but they didn't have any either. The breakfast was OK. It was a walking distance to the Broadmoor Ice Arena, so the location was perfect for us.

The staff was amazing! We had an issue with our room and they were attentive and supportive. However the hotel is older and has some maintenance issues. It seemed cleaned but needs to be updated. The roll away was awful and the bed was so so on comfort. Overall a good cheap place to stay for the night but definitely not luxury and definitely not the best.

We learned of the mandatory 75 per fee and 5 dollar parking fee upon checking. Not good.

We reserved a king bed room and was put in a handicap room across from the ice machine. Very noisy and did not care for the handicap room.

Hotel charges a fee to park of $5 per car. This is not advertised in advance, and there is no real reason for the charge (not urban with parking at a premium).

This was a great stay. Super clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. One thing I can say was that the waffle I made at breakfast was still kinda doughy but overall the place was great and I will definitely be recommending!!

Was really disappointed in this stay. Many things inside the room did not work as they should have. Was charged almost $20 for random things at the end of my visit. Things that said they were included on the ******* booking. Don’t recommend.
