We reserved a king room but were only offered a handicap room. The bed is almost on the floor and the shower has no floor so floods the entire bathroom. Not happy

Beautiful hotel and rooms, great free breakfast. Front desk clerk and breakfast attendants were not actively helpful but they did answer questions. Shower temperature was very hard to adjust.

I was only there for one day. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy in and easy out. The bathroom was clean, but only provided towels and a box of tissues. The only thing that was missing was a bar of soap which I thought was unusual. If you decide to go to this hotel, bring a bar of soap with you and anything else you might need for the bathroom.

Hotel was average. Looks great from the outside and has plenty of parking. The room decor was okay, bed was comfortable, and breakfast items were generally good. Was concerned about safety with the elevators which showed their maintenance certifications expired more than a year. When I informed the front desk, they were apparently aware which begs the question why it had not been fixed already. One of the elevators actually was ****y that my spouse refused to use it anymore. Also, the bathtub did not drain well.

It’s what was expected. Short staffed counter help. Expect to wait considerably to check in
Convenient to where I wanted to be. Other than that, it’s not that special. The room had a bed - and yes, I checked for bed bugs around the bed and under the sheets. We saw no debris from them around the mattress or evidence of them -

Nice hotel. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the immediate area or close by. Only thing I would change is the check out time. The check out time is 11am where as most other hotels check out time is at noon.
