Perfectly adequate for a last-minute one night stay. Room was clean and hotel was quiet, but disappointed with the breakfast offerings…

Comfortable bed. Problems included a key card system thst took 4 to 5 tries to open with one key. The other key did not work. This problem was reported to them and you for our stay 2 weeks ago in a different room. Another probem is that room repairs were not kept up. Examples included a damaged bath door facing and a damaged night stand.

Key cards did not work. The associate had to make at least 6 cards to get one that worked. Unless there was a known problem making keys, I would suspect a problem with the lock. I find it unlikely that the problem was new.

It was a mediocre hotel, allot of patch work on the walls, walls are peeling. Many little maintenance jobs needed to be done. Nothing fancy at all. Our particular room smelt like smoke.

Breakfast bar was big - bigger than the counter options. Water for the shower was ice-cold - couldn't figure out how to warm it up. Staff helped me with a confusing moment when it appeared I was locked out (it turned out I turned the door knob in the wrong direction).

Dirty bathroom in guest room especially shower curtain. Stained towels. Muffin from breakfast was stale, bad smell from trash in dining area.
