Room floor not clean, one underwear was left in the bathroom by previous guess, and not being removed by maid.

That's a very nice hotel with free parking. The space on the first floor is huge with different areas. The room was super cozy with good shower, bed. We liked it there! Also, the breakfasts were okay. It's nice that they have a variety of tea to choose from.

My first is excellent until some culprit trigger the fire alarm 4:15 am in the morning on 4/15/24..

Parking was perfect, staff was nice and accommodating and the breakfast was good. Nice and quiet also. Loved it.

The staff was very nice but the room was poorly cleaned. There was sticky stuff on the floor, someone’s contact lenses in the shower, dried liquid splattered on the wall, dirty chair, someones hair tie left behind. Subpar for a Tru. I pick these hotels bc they’re usually super clean.

Our rooms were very clean, the parking was easy, the staff was very attentive, and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic with tons of fresh options. My daughter loved the pancake machine! 10/10
