Typical budget hotel, tiny room with outdated furnishing and decor.

No staff at desk upon arrival, note to use phone to contact someone. Phone rang half a dozen times then transfered to another phone at the front desk. Continued ringing and finally someone came out of somewhere to check me in. Got to the room and no remote for the tv or facecloths and only one hand towel. Back to the front desk, another round on the phone to get someone to the desk. Told he would find a remote and the motel dosen't supply facecloths. Also dirty towels and linen on the floor in the hall at the laundry the entire time we were there.

The parking lot was littered with debris, which was mirrored inside in the stair wells and hallways and room. It was unnerving to see staff sitting in the main entry area with so much garbage in the interior stair cases. When we checked in, the reception person went up "to check the room," which was a little weird but I thought maybe it was an extra hospitality thing. When we got to the room and there was no toilet paper, no pillow cases on the pillows, the bed unmade, one towel in the bathroom, and the floors were in the same condition as the halls and stairs, I was amused and horrified simultaneously. When my partner held up a 3" nail she found on the floor and asked me what to do with it, I had to laugh! I'm lucky she's not germophobic and can have a laugh at a situation without judgment or subbing into despair! It was quiet thankfully and the hosts were lovely, albeit unprepared to actually have guests. I wouldn't stay here again.

The front desk guy was very nice and helped us a lot so the customer services was great, but our room was very dirty and the halls where very dirty, we moved our 2 beds together for a movie night and there was so much dirt and objects behind the bed, spashs of who knows what on our beds and behind the night stand was very dirty. If the house keepers did a better job of cleaning id rate this higher but i guess you get what you pay for.

Smells aweful and you should reduce your expectations about cleaness to zero before booking this place! My worst experience by far!

This is a 2 story property, only have stairs to access the 2nd floor. Only 1 accessible parking stall, which does not meet standards. Main Entrance door slams closed on you. Desk is not staffed, when we checked out, the room cards were just left on the counter for people to take and could be used to steal from the hotel.

Mattress was very bad, like 2 people sleeping in a sink hole. Toilet took 15 minutes to refill. Sink tap leaked at base.
