Hilton Columbus/Polaris

After charging over $200 per night, they dont even provide a bottle of water to guests staying in the room. They provided 2 small water bottles and wanted $2 each. That's really cheesy. You've to be a gold member to get free water I've not come across big hotels doing this

HVAC was out of order. Was either very hot or very cold. The parking charge (yes! There's a parking charge, $10.75 per day, incl. Tax) was waived by the daytime desk attendant. Parking charge should be waived for guests of the hotel. The bathroom light switch should be on a dimmer. Otherwise very harsh.

Currently staying at the hotel. Room is ok, bar is ok, haven't had a chance to eat at the restaurant yet but overheard others at the bar saying the food was good. Only reason I'm reviewing is to give a heads up. Even the grungiest Hampton Inn has a microwave in the room. I travel a lot for work and almost always stay at a Hilton brand, typically Double Trees. I was convinced by my client to switch to this hotel, wishing I hadn't. I work from the hotel all night and a microwave in the room is crucial. Wish I'd noticed before loading up on microwavable meals for those goofy hours. Called the front desk to see if there was one available (or if I just wasn't finding it) and was told there's 1 microwave for the entire hotel by the gift shop. This is a 9 story hotel. Gross. And I'm not excited about having to trek all the way down to the lobby and back with my food at 3am. Anyway, nice average mid-rang Hilton chain hotel but I guess remember to look at the room amenities before booking. Coming back to Columbus in the Fall for the second wave of this project, I'll be staying somewhere else.

My family and I stayed 3 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were kindly given an upgrade and enjoyed a bit more space in the room. It was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is that we always had to ask for hotel information (room cleaning, Executive Lounge, no food/beverage credit) at the front desk, as it was not described for us when we checked-in. (I utilized the digital check-in but stopped by the front desk anyway upon arrival.) Later, we had to request physical keys as our digital key wouldn't always work. With one exception, the employees were very pleasant and helpful when we asked our questions. I simply wish we didn't need to visit the front desk so much.

Massive Complex something for everyone to do. The kids will Enjoy the Pool. I enjoyed the State of the Art workout facility. The TV is complicated. I would have a do not charge if traveling with children. 1 movie will cost $34

I have been driving since the early morning hours from the finger lakes in New York. I was sick and tired literally and I could no longer drive out of fear or PTSD from seeing two semi‘s wreck into each other earlier that day I get to the hotel in my Corvette And the first thing they tell me is there have been a lot of break-ins lately. This did not sit well with me. Long story short everything was so bad it look like it been had been managed by monkeys for the past year I had property stolen from me I had my door lock break to my room , I got switched to a new room and upgraded room and went to get a hot bath and the handle broke off so I took it down to the front desk and went to find a hot tub got in the hot tub and it was broke I can go on, but you get the point

Great stay. The pillows were annoying since I kept sinking into them. Good location. Definitely would stay here again. Breakfast was ok. Unfortunately cheese on the eggs. Lactose intolerant here. Had boiled eggs or cereal instead. Staff seemed friendly

We recently stayed for our anniversary. Excellent staff, very welcoming. Only issue was loud in room a/c, heat. There was also a large amount of kids, family for a soccer tournament. So many things to do in the area, like Topgolf and Star Lanes. And the huge Polaris mall. Otherwise flawless stay, had a lot of fun.
