Each bedroom has an adjustable bed and 55-inch Roku TV with easy access to your streaming subscriptions. • Private neighborhood pond with access to boat and fishing. • Expansive deck with outdoor seating and grill. • Game room includes pool, foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard, and skee ball. • Fully equipped laundry room containing a washer, dryer, utility sink, ironing board and folding area • Off-street parking: one garage space, two spaces in driveway. • On-street parking: two spots directly in front of the house. Parking elsewhere on the street is not permitted. • Living room contains a 75” 4K television and oversized electric fireplace. • Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. • Master bedroom suite with private bathroom and balcony.
