Welcome, captain, to your paradise under the sea. Your newly renovated 3-bedroom house is set to sail, docked and ready to go in Southern Orchards. Inside, you’ll find a game room complete with arcade machines, shuffleboard, and skeeball. Each bedroom has an adjustable bed and 55-inch smart TV. Your private fenced backyard comes with a grill, patio seating, and a bocce ball court. • Three bedrooms, one bathroom. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the second floor. • Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom, with access to any of your streaming subscriptions and complementary Hulu TV service. • Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. • Game room includes arcade cabinets, skeeball, and shuffleboard. • Fenced-in backyard, great for pets. • Off street parking for two cars in the garage. Plenty of on street parking if you need more room. • Clean towels and linens are provided. 15% off stays of seven nights or more. 15 min to airport, 10 min to OSU, and 5 min to Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Guest will have access to entire house, apart from a number of closets where we store supplies. We also have a two-car garage, but you will need to enter the garage through the back yard in order to open the garage door.
