The location is good, easy to take bus to mall and back. The shower didnt work but bath did, so I had use a cup to pour water over head. Overall it’s good.

主要看中他有接機，而且衹需要去前台等5到10分鐘，不需要提前預約，沒有早餐，電梯有一點遠，走到房間需要一段距離，美國的酒店老舊了一點沒有住萬豪的感覺，但是價格還可以

Not impressed
Lobby restrooms were dirty. Elevators were dirty. Room was not ready until 3 hours after check-in. Had to go to 3 different floors to find a working ice machine.

Loudest toilets I’ve ever heard. Hard to believe they would chose such a noisy toilet for a hotel. I can hear flushes from upstairs. The coffee shop was closed and the restaurant only offered a $25 breakfast buffet. We went to Waffle House instead. Won’t stay there again. Marriott can do better

The team member who checked us in was phenomenal. However, the facility appears old, security lock inside the room was broken and screws coming out of wall. Wondering what the amenities fee was for? When returning back to Columbus, I don't believe we would select the property to stay.
