Best Western Suites

Breakfast was delicious, room was decently clean, there were some weird spots on the lampshade, and the jacuzzi tub had some unknown particles in it so I needed to clean that. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly welcome, clean room and facilities. Anytime I saw a staff member they ask if there was anything I needed. So kind.

We enjoyed our stay as a family with several young children. Breakfast was really great with a nice mix of hot foods and continental type foods. Parking was easy and the pool was a hit. Also appreciated the hotel has several restaurants and a grocery store within a short driving distance. Reason for 4 stars is the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Seemed like maybe the hotel went through some nicer renovations, but the beds were last on the list.

The breakfast was great the lady taking care was wonderful. The room was great the bed was a bit high for me to get in I'm short.the staff was wonderful

Thanks to rewards $$ thru ******* we decided to stay in the Presidential Suite. Very nice room!! Bed was super comfortable. Jetted tub was definitely relaxing. Both tv remotes worked - which was great. Breakfast was very nice - eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy - well stocked and tasty dishes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that the couch in our room - not too comfortable. Overall - if you ever get to stay in this suite - you won't be disappointed.

The blanket, curtains and lamp had blood stains on them or at least it looked like blood stains. The vent above the shower stayed on for a couple of minutes and would shut off. And the deadbolt on the door wouldn't lock. I should get part of my money back honestly. That makes no sense.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. This place was so clean and comfy that I felt sorry that I stayed only one night. I’m doing cross country and every night is staying in a different place. There will be more BW’s, so I will see if this is the case across the country.
