Best Western Suites

The breakfast was great the lady taking care was wonderful. The room was great the bed was a bit high for me to get in I'm short.the staff was wonderful

Thanks to rewards $$ thru ******* we decided to stay in the Presidential Suite. Very nice room!! Bed was super comfortable. Jetted tub was definitely relaxing. Both tv remotes worked - which was great. Breakfast was very nice - eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy - well stocked and tasty dishes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that the couch in our room - not too comfortable. Overall - if you ever get to stay in this suite - you won't be disappointed.

The blanket, curtains and lamp had blood stains on them or at least it looked like blood stains. The vent above the shower stayed on for a couple of minutes and would shut off. And the deadbolt on the door wouldn't lock. I should get part of my money back honestly. That makes no sense.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. This place was so clean and comfy that I felt sorry that I stayed only one night. I’m doing cross country and every night is staying in a different place. There will be more BW’s, so I will see if this is the case across the country.

Same as usual. Love it a lot and I appreciate the staff per usual. They’ll definitely see me again for sure.

The water in the pool was a milky white and the water in the hot tub was a light shade of brown. The sheett on the bed had blood on it. We reported it to management and they were very courteous and helpful by giving us a refund and we left. So technically we did not stay, we were only in the room long enough to see the dirty bed.

Our room smelled like smoke and cigarettes bad. Plus our ac sounded like a plane taking off. Staff was amazing though
