It is good

Could not sleep do to the amount of noise from outside as well inside and i was on the 20th floor. they also need much more help at valet parking. To pay $48 dollars per night but have to wait 20 mins each time you need to leave was not the best look. Room was really nice as i had the king suite would of love to see a hot tub or even a pool at the locatoin but that was not the case i should of did better reserch before booking.

Had a good day requested a remote at night for tv as I had my kid with me and there was no remote in the room waited up on a remote for no one to ever show. Told staff in the morning at checkout that no one ever showed they offered me a free coffee might seem little but was kind of frustrating.

The room was extremely dark with very few lights for working in the evenings and early morning. The food was extremely disappointing.

Room was clean but went to take a shower and no shower curtain was in the bathroom. Also, coffee maker in room did not work and lock on the door did not work. Was also double charged for valet parking.

The staff was very friendly, but the walls in my room were thin and I could hear my neighbors TV, alarms, and conversations almost as clearly as if they were in my room.

Service was slow, but the food was good. I suggest going to the food court at the market place.

Great location convenient to many restaurants and short Lyft to OSU
