This hotel was the best I've stayed in Columbus yet. It is centrally located, easy to find, easy to use, has a great staff, is incredibly clean and well-designed. The best part: they had the WNBA games on in the lobby without prompting! No lines at check-in, easy parking, elevators, food delivery system, great rooms with ample space, temperature control, and comfortable beds. This will be my new go-to spot when arriving in Columbus.

This is one of the most impressive hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff was amazing. In particular Maya and Karris at the front (registration) desk and Taylor and Ann (restaurant) were superb! Truly cannot say enough about the pleasant stay. Thank you Hyatt Regency Columbus!

Great location in Columbus, attached to the Convention Center, and N. High Street is full of good restaurants. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great gym.

The Hyatt Regency was the perfect spot. My daughter had a volleyball tournament and the hotel is connected to the Columbus Convention Center.

Did not like how small the bathrooms were and that upon check in a used wash cloth was above the shower. The pillows and bed were super comfy

The staff was wonderful. I was there for a low vision conference and they accommodated very well and were extremely kind. Only complaint is the noise. You could hear everything from the hallway. People, staff, doors, traffic…some sound proofing around the doorframes could improve a lot.

Guy checking me in was great, put me in a safe room since I was travelling alone. Food was fantastic. Con was amazing. Would be back after I save more.

I enjoyed the stay for sure. Only thing I didn't like was how small the bathroom was. Thats all my complaints.
