This place has roaches blamed me the power went out for 8 hours in they did t pay me for it or accommodate me n my family it was 12 degrees no heat mind u I've never had a bug in my life nor would I have photos of the Roches crawlimg up the wall in bed bugs the power went out I called aep they didn't even have aep they was columbus in it was a weekend day in they was closed they didn't pay there electric bill they charged me over 90 tax what ever they wanted to charge I'm a math tax Genius and I looked up the protocol prices for that area and they did not add up no matter which way I tried it they did not add up we were charged 3 times the tax the lodging taxes was correct but nothing else I asked to use the laundry 10 min after I paid for room the guy did.t want to let me .then he didn't want to give me quarters after I gave him 13$ in quarters in part of my pay....I couldn't get clean towels or room swept one time I was there for a month the appliances was broke in the walls in Iron in thermostat was Covered in yellow soot I wouldn't even touch iron I had to clean the heater it was Covered in black soot in fuzz just to use it I cleaned it2 xs to get all the dirt out my towels came to me yellow Grey in black n brown stained as if they was used as but wipe...not kidding..they wouldn't make anything right ..I asked for money back 4 min after paying they said we don't do refunds so I was forced to stay there until time was up...smh there was a gap so big under my door u could see the highway in slide a full.collage tablet under..don't go here..I found serenges in serenege caps in my room but they said they clean all they did was take trash in give me dirty towels the towels.I got looked like someone wiped the poo out of there but no joke
