Nice average clean hotel Other than the front desk trying to put us in a room already occupied the first time around, it was a fine stay. Clean.

I would give this property 0 stars if I could. I drove from Cleveland to Columbus for the state fair and tried checking into my room fairly on the later side. By then, there were several other people trying to check into their rooms as well, and we were all told that they were no longer serving guests due to them having no cleaning staff. You could imagine our frustration as all of the hotels in the area were booked that weekend. Terrible, terrible business.

Great stay! Would love if they had free breakfast in the morning. They forgot to put hand soap in the bathroom and they should add vending machines close to the rooms. Pool was very nice and clean. Beautiful hotel!

I lived in the area nearly 25 yrs ago & was visiting friends. I didn't see much change in the area, though it wasn't as active as I remember it. Hotel was great. Amenities & rooms were clean & neat. What you would expect from a Hilton hotel.

We arrived 20 minutes early for check-in. I was told no rooms were available. I had to wait an hour and a half for check-in while rooms were still being cleaned. A lobby full of people waiting to check in with only one clerk. The bathroom shower had not be cleaned, and the floor was not cleaned either. I also needed some fresh linen since there was none in the room when we checked in. I was told that they had no washcloths and towels available. I waited until the next morning to see if any, still none was available. Breakfast was refused to patrons who paid for it when room was booked and paid for prior to arrival. This is not a good experience for me and my kids. I will not be staying there ever again. The location was a recommended area however, that was not my experience. I was not the only person who complained about the hospitality while there, which was very surprising. I have stayed at many Hilton properties and this by far, was the worst stay.
