Overall it's all wrong, a typical American hotel with a bit of history. The surrounding environment is the city center, safe and clean. The hotel has complete internal facilities, and it's no problem to stay here in the city center.

King suite not avail. Queen suite terribly dark. Staff said corner suite brighter but the “ corner “ was a brick wall behind curtains! Waited 2 hrs for a room change. Offered a lamp. Refused to allow me to speak to GM. Wouldn’t provide any discount on room charge either or comps, Marriott points only?!

Great for Events near the Palace Theatre Unique Hotel. Close to Palace Theatre and Restaurant The Keep. Nice comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable room and attentive help The room was very clean. I did find a floor lamp that would not light near the closet that was needed to see well at that corner. I reported it and when zi returned the light bulb was replaced & the lamp worked well! I’m happy to have the Keurig with coffee supplies available for wake up also!
