台盆下漏水發黴，但是浴巾偏偏是放置在這裏，電話前台兩次花了兩個小時才送來新的，房間也很老舊了，雖然有維護，但質感很差。晚餐的自助做的不錯，住了四晚沒有重樣過，菜品質量很棒！

When I arrived, I’ve made a mistake with my booking quite a big mistake, the staff and the manager went above and beyond in sorting out the problem at no financial cost to myself. The staff everywhere a friendly helpful and professional. The room size is generous and lovely and clean And extremely comfortable. There is a great selection of food at breakfast and dinner. This area is lovely for walking beautiful beach lovely shops and restaurants if you need them. Definitely worth a second visit. This is my second visit definitely worth a third.

Needed a relaxing sun break after a long year of working hard . This place fits just perfect . Seriously can’t be faulted in anyway. Quite a big complex and it took a day or so to find our way around efficiently. The food and drinks were of a great standard. Everything served in a polite manner . Fresh cuts of meat were cooked to your preferred taste so as fresh as could be. The various pools were heated so no cold water shock . The rooms were clean and tidy . All in all a super place and would visit again.

We had a good time in the hotel. Although our expectations for H10 were higher than we got. We booked a room with sea view but the amount of sea was limited. The hotel gave us another room with a nice sea view so that was very kind. Some things can be better to upgrade the experience in the hotel such as: cleaning the plates at the buffet quicker, the facilities are a little out of date (for example floor outside). We loved the reception, it was a nice building with accents of Gaudi. The staff was really friendly and gave us a good time. The buffet in the restaurant was various and good. Some dishes could be better but it’s not easy to cook for that amount of people. It was the first time traveling with our son. There isn’t a pool for baby’s. This would have been nice but we knew it already before we booked. Maybe this can be a plus for people with baby’s.

We arrived in September for our second visit to this hotel . We can only say our stay once again was exceptional. We loved every minute of our holiday. We had requested as we were celebrating a special occasion to stay in a room close to where we stayed before . Imagine our surprise when we received an upgrade into a lovely suite sized room. This to us went above and beyond good service and we were so grateful to the hotel for doing this for us . The room was clean with minibar and plenty of room for your stay. The pools and grounds are kept beautifully clean , the water is a lovely temperature and we loved the pool bars with drinks available and of course some snacks . There were always plenty of beds available by the pool, and lots were comfy with cushions . The staff in the pool bar were always friendly . We loved the grounds and gardens of the hotel and the welcome drink on arrival was a lovely touch. The food was fantastic and I am pleased to see lots of Spanish offerings available without the usual fast food type options that you find in many hotels . Everything was cooked well and it was great to see so much fresh fish being used . The range of drinks and refreshments available from the bars is amazing . All in all we had a fantastic peaceful stay and would like to thank everyone at the hotel for making it a 10/10 experience. I have since we returned become a member of club H10 and we are counting the days to returning next year !!!

Stayed here for 7 nights all inclusive privilege room. Check in was very straight forward, our room wasn’t ready so we had lunch at poolside restaurant whilst we waited for it to become available. Our room 567 was one of the best we’ve stayed in anywhere. Sea and pool view, lovely and clean, comfortable beds, good size bathroom with all the usual toiletries. Nespresso coffee machine and ready stocked mini bar along with welcome bottle of chilled cava also in room for our arrival. Main buffet restaurant is spacious and offers plenty of choices. Food was excellent and the service from all the staff was superb, We also dined at the Gaudi restaurant twice for dinner and breakfast, the food and service was outstanding, as well as the Italian à la carte and The Brasserie., which were equally superb. There are several pool areas, all have plenty of sun beds available, although you still get people reserving them early morning, even though the hotel states they don’t allow it. The privilege pool area is smaller but relaxed. You get access to a lounge area where you can help yourself to a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, along with some snacks, There’s nothing to fault with this hotel, only thing I’d say is the layout is a little confusing and takes a bit of getting used to, Highly recommended
