Comfort Suites

The jacuzzi tub in the room was dirty and jets blew out algae. The jacuzzi in pool area had hair and was broken, cold water. The fron desk lady was talking bad about the others and we had to go to another hotel to use spa. It was all disappointing and misleading. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

Our room was ready when we arrive. I was just missing the towels for the room. The desk clerk handled it very efficiently and quickly.

Was only there for 45 minutes and had to leave because room wasn’t cleaned and when they switched rooms, they gave another guest the same room. It was horrible to have strangers walking in on us! Still waiting on my refund because we checked out immediately after being walked in on by strangers.

Staff gave our room away to another guest after we had already checked in and went to get extra items from store. Moved us to a flooded room with blowers inside. Then moved us to a room with stopped up sinks. No shower curtains. On top of all other rooms being booked we had. O choice but to stay or drive 2 hours back home.

Room was large and very clean. The reception staff was very pleasant. We enjoyed the smell of fresh popcorn as we arrived in the evening.

The room itself was fine. But we specifically reserved the room because the hotel had a hot tub. When we arrived the hot tub was shut down. And the pool had little white clumps of what I thought was styrofoam, but it wasn’t after touching it I realized it had to be little balls of chlorine maybe.. not sure. But overall I wanted to room for the pool and hot tub and neither was a good experience.

How quickly & observant the staff is at monitoring the hotel. Our key stopped working and before we could get downstairs, she was getting off the elevator to come assist. Impressive Staff!

Everything has been wonderful. From the minute we checked in, Ms Lena made sure we knew everything available and provided exceptional customer service. Ms April provided a wonderful breakfast and sweet spirit. They were very busy with the linemen and others coming in for the winter storm, but never waivered from their customer service and sweet smiles. The room was clean, the facility was clean, the pool was very nice and clean. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe. Thank you all for the wonderful, stress-free stay. Many blessings upon you!
