Lack of furniture to enjoy the terrace. We had a room on the 11th floor and we heard the elevator all night

I had a problem with my micro-once during the first day of my stay. Without hesitation, they changed my room and gave me my new keys to my room!

Disapointed by overall condition of hotel and room. Broken lamps, unfinished flooring in our room, walls are dirty. We stayed at the same hotel 2 years ago and it seems they have maintenance issues. Wont be booking this hotel again.

Kitchen option was great. However the cooking utensils are limited. Comfortable beds but pillows are horrible.

This was not a good stay. We checked in with a less than happy greeter. She did not smile. She did not give us any details on the hotel, wifi, parking. She was on the verge of rude.
The floor is slanted and when I say slanted - a water bottle rolled quickly down the floor without a push. The beds jn turn were on a slope. The tub did not have an anti slip mat and it was on a slope. The surround of the tub was mouldy.
The beds were hard as rocks.
The coffee machine doesn’t work.
The plugs in room were hit or miss on which ones worked and which didn’t.
We could not control the heat so it was 25 degrees and hot the whole night.
We would NOT recommend staying here.

Check in was a breeze. Room was excellent. The restaurant Cosmo was worth going too I ate both dinner and breakfast everyone shared and everyone gave a thumbs up.

Pros: Good quantity of towels. Clean and noise cancelling walls.
Cons: Could barely change the temperature and the shower head had issues!
Other than that, it is a standard hotel. Conveniently located in front of a mal’ and restaurants the highway!
Ideal for small stays such as a long weekend:)

A great experience overall. It was our second stay at this hotel. Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.
