Vista Lago di Como

This hotel and its staff are magnificent. Part of the SLH group our expectations were high and not to be disappointed. We arrived by car from Florence and were greeted by Alberto the hotel concierge/butler who was most welcoming. The room we were given (200) was a Premium King room with a most spacious and beautifully appointed room. The bed was very comfortable and we had a pillow menu to choose a selection to suit. The bathroom was large with a great shower and luxurious bath. We were given many welcome treats and my wife had a birthday for which the hotel gave a beautiful cake and special wishes. The hotel is well positioned to explore the Como area right near the ferry terminal, and easy walk to all of the Como shops and restaurants. We took a tour offered by the hotel to visit Bellano and some of the less common tourist sights, Alberto accompanied us and was our guide and we had a very luxurious chauffeur. We visited the Carozzi cheese factory which was a highlight. We stayed four nights and every moment we were made to feel like important guests. We dined at the Sottovoce restaurant which was definitely worthy of its Michelin star, and the best meal we have had in over 3 weeks of traveling. Would recommend this hotel as 5+ stars Luxe, remembering that it is a small hotel and does not have facilities that might be expected in a large 5* hotel. Would come back to stay if returning to Como. Thanks to all the beautiful staff at Vista Palazzo Lago di Como.

Incredible employees, excellent service, very good breakfast. Particular 5* service to Imbra and Ernest, ideal location to visit Como and shopping. Bedroom is splendid, all extremely good quality. Just one opportunity, the bed. Room 380. Double bed is 2 single bed and both are very “curving”.

Extra mile in hospitality, attentiveness, and hotel neatness. Very welcoming staff and super helpful. The hotel interior is very beautiful. The appliances are high quality and very useful. Everyone works in the hotel were amazingly professional

The hotel is located right in front of the Lake and close to all of Como's important sights. It is the perfect blend of tradition and modernity. The rooms are nicely appointed and the bed lines are luxurious, including linen kimonos. The staff was extremely professional, corteous and friendly.

My daughter and I stayed a Vista Lago Di Como and had the most amazing time. Right from the beginning we were treated like family. It was raining when we arrived, but Cara was able to schedule us with back to back massages at the last minute in our room. As the day cleared, the wonderful Alberto, arranged a boat tour up to Bellagio and back with delicious snacks and a bottle of Franciacorta. The following day, again Alberto helped us arrange a walk along the Green Way, organizing our pick ups and drop off. That evening we took a cooking class in the private home (overlooking the lake) of the lovely Anna and Terry. Amazing! The entire staff at Vista Lago Di Como was so welcoming, attentive and kind - Alberto the personal concierge was absolutely delightful and extraordinarily helpful. We cannot wait to return with the rest of our family!
