Anyone who’s looking to come to Como, two things you must do: - Stay At Vista Palazzo - Meet & Trust Alberto Politeness, Courteous, Diligence are just too few words to describe the experience that was carefully curated to suit our taste. There is nothing bad I can say about our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent everything you want is within a short walking distance. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the staff on reception went above and beyond to help me out with a boat trip I had booked through someone else, which was cancelled at the last minute. They tried very hard and succeeded in arranging another trip at very short notice, which meant so much to me as it was one of the highlights of the trip. Our room was at the back but still with nice views, the room itself was lovely with a very nice bathroom and huge walk in shower. There was everything you would want at breakfast, even a glass of prosecco if you wished. I usually went for smoked salmon and scrambled eggs but there was lots more to choose from, bacon, mushrooms, hams, cheeses, fruit, pastries, cereal, yoghurts ect and to top it off the room itself was beautiful and overlooked the lake. We ate in the restaurant on the first day and had an excellent meal, again with very helpful friendly staff. At the front of the hotel there is a terrace area where you can sit and enjoy drinks and snacks, a lovely area to enjoy pre dinner cocktails. I would highly recommend this hotel and Lake Como.

WOW - this is just the most magnificent boutique hotel and a truly exceptional position. It’s super close to the lake AND shops AND restaurants - we only had a day and a half but I would gladly come back for a few days. One of our rooms had a window view directly our over the lake (302) and the other had a little balcony that offered views of the lake. (403) . I preferred the 302 room but my daughter said that it was a bit noisy due to the stream of cars. The rooms are comfy although I always dislike the joined single beds to create a king bed with a join. I always seem to end up stuck in the join (no matter how small the crack😂) The decor of the hotel is like a plush reminder of the 1930s - I felt like George Cluney might come round a corner at any moment. The building is superb and VERY picturesque. Service has been excellent and we feel very privileged. We have just finished breakfast in the most divine outdoor setting in the hotel grounds overlooking the lake. It is a bright blue sky and the wind is calm - I don’t think life gets much better than this.. Last night we dined at Ristorante Sottovoce which was a mere 100m away and absolutely as MUST do while staying at the perfect venue. “It’s such a shame we’re only here for one night” , my wife just said. But we still have a few hours to do a guided but tour with a private captain/guide - so there is still more special-ness to enjoy.

Stayed here for 3 nights from 18th July. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and a very nice restaurant. My room didnt have a lake view but I don't go on holiday to sit in my room looking out of the window! The breakfast was very good indeed ( some people say ”we had a free breakfast” but of course it isn't free its built into the price.) I would say the price was reasonable considering the location, room and breakfast. It is literally across the road from the lake & a 5 minute walk from Como Lago train station. Very easy to get to from Malpensa airport. I'd certainly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Como.

Had a wonderful stay. We only had a private economy room with a bunk bed and shared bathroom but it was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and simply but nicely decorated. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was incredible value for money and in terms of location it was hard to beat too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others too who are looking for simple yet affordable accommodation by Lake Como. Once again, I cannot emphasise enough how tidy and clean the accommodation was.

The location of the hotel is OK, very close to Lake Como, right on the commercial street. There are supermarkets, McDonald's restaurants nearby, and the hotel also has its own breakfast. However, the breakfast is a bit worse than other three-stars, but the price includes breakfast and it is very good. The heating in the hotel is not warm, it is recommended to ask the front desk for a quilt if it is cold. If there is no breakfast in the room, don’t spend 10 Euros per person for breakfast in the hotel. It is better to go directly to the nearby McDonald’s or have breakfast at the bar. It’s about 5 Euros for two people. If you drive to the hotel, it is recommended to call in advance and set the location of the hotel. There are not too many cars in the yard at the entrance of the hotel. 15 euros a day for parking
