This Hotel is good in ambience but amenities and service is not good .  They provide kitchen but no plates and spoons. They don’t provide any coffee or tea in room .  Also in morning no good coffee . Very delay in service.

This hotel has very bad service and no integrity at all. We had agreed to send me to the airport at 8:00 am on April 10th. It was also written in the notebook. But after checking with the front desk on the evening of April 9th, they asked me to leave at 7 o'clock. After negotiation, they agreed to send me to the airport at 8:00. But at 8 o'clock the next day, they still said they would send me at 9 o'clock. Would the plane wait for me? This waiter was completely deceiving and had a very bad attitude. He asked me to negotiate with the taxi outside (in fact, the taxi had a complete agreement with this front desk). He wanted me to take the taxi he contacted outside. This hotel is too bad

In terms of hardware, the location is good, very close to the airport. It is within the night curfew, which is quite safe. If you go out of the city, you need to return to the city before 8 o'clock. The bed is OK. The room is also in the same brand style as usual. The breakfast is barely edible. In terms of service, my personal rating is 50 points. There is no smile at the front desk. The linens are not changed for several days. There are also a few small things that are handled unprofessionally. The evaluation is OK, but don't expect service.

Hotels in the capital of Guinea cannot be judged by China's five-star standards. It is enough as long as they are safe, clean, and have water and electricity.

It was my first trip to Conakry. Thanks to ONOMO HOTEL I felt at home. Best wishes. However, I was a little bothered by the need to activate my card at all times. This caused a lot of comings and goings from my room to reception. Even on the day of my departure I spent more than 10 minutes in front of my 2020 door before the solution was resolved. However, I was very delighted and happy to have spent my stay in your hotel.

The room was very humid, and the sheets and quilts were changed once after staying for about ten days. This was at my request, otherwise they would not be changed every day. The facilities are very basic, just a towel and a bottle of water, and nothing else. The swimming pool and breakfast are pretty good

The public service facilities are good, but the room is small and there is no hair dryer, slippers, or felt. One of the toilets is broken, but it was not repaired even after I told the front desk.

There is no airport pick-up service, which is a dishonest act.
