Our luxurious 82m2 apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator, plus solarium of 25m2, in a new and modern condominium, offers everything you need for a perfect stay. We thought the layout to make you feel good, as at home and have chosen a qualitative equipment. The apartment has a reversible air conditioning, wifi (Portuguese and English channels) satellite TV (French channels). You will have 2 bedrooms, including a master suite (bed 160) with its bathroom and toilet, a large closet and a terrace. The second bedroom is composed of a bed of 140, a cupboard also arranged and a terrace. A second bathroom, toilet, completes the night area. The kitchen is very well equipped for dishes, appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board ). The living room is composed of a sitting area and a dining area, it opens onto a terrace where you can have your meals facing the pool. On the upper terrace, table 6 seats with corner lounge and deckchairs. The pool is reserved for residents. A code will be given to you to access it. You will find in each bathroom the towels of course supplied. In order to avoid you carrying the heavy and bulky beach towel in your suitcase, we will provide you with one per person for the beach, to be returned with the linen at the end of the week. There is a tiled area , safe for children to play or sunbath immediately in front of the terrace which makes it easy to keep an eye on them a safe distance from the pool . The apartment has been finished and is kept to a high standard. It is fitted with patio doors opening on to a south-facing terrace with plants overlooking the swimming pool and garden. It is situatated 150m from the waterfront, which is a natural lagoon and nature reserve, where you can walk down the boardwalk and enjoy the lovely view. You can take a 3-minute ride on the water taxi across the lagoon to the main beach with its miles of silver sands or a short 10-minute boat ride to the beach paradise of Tavira Island with its beach bars and restaurants . Cabanas is a small village the apartment is situated in probably the best area of the town just a short walk from many local bars and family owned restaurants serving fantastic fresh local cuisine, there are also shops selling jewellery and local crafts. Everything is in easy walking distance including the supermarket which is only 200 metres away. There is a good bus and train service nearby, with the historical town of Tavira only 5 km away. The Spanish border is only 30 minutes by away by train, with the river Guardiana separating Portugal from Spain with forts either side. Definitely worth a trip. Cabanas has a friendly atmosphere and is safe for children. It is also relatively cheap to eat and drink out. The trains are regular and travel East towards Spain and West towards Faro. Seville is only a couple of hours away .
