Todo bien excepto que al llegar aprox 12,45 hrs ,nos hicieron el check in a las 15 hrs y no fue por falta de habitaciones,ya que el hotel ,tenía una baja ocupación.
Nos había pasado unos meses antes y me parece que no es una política del hotel ,muy amistosa . Situación que no ocurre con otros hoteles ,que si tienen disponibilidad realizan un early check in.

They should wash their towels better. all the towels smell bad. And to keep on the standards they also should provide potable water one a day not only on the day of the arrival. I enjoyed the welcome drink. It was a nice gesture.

Las instalaciones son buenas, estacionamientos, el desayuno regular, falta más detalles , se hace muy pequeño el fin de semana y se hace fila para poder desayunar. El desayuno nada del otro mundo. Prefiero el MDS de chillan. El check out lento, filas. Contraten más personal . En todo caso en Concepción es como lo mejorcito.

Hemos alojado en vuestro hotel, varias veces, durante un par de años...me encanta volver, ya sea viaje en pareja, familiar o por negocios. Lo recomiendo siempre, su comida, aun que esta vez no visite el comedor, las habitaciones comodas

Las camas eran duras, las almohadas tampoco eran de la calidad esperada en un hotel de 5 estrellas, poca diversidad en el desayuno buffet, no habían opciones sin azúcar, muy mala colectividad en las habitaciones. Destacaríamos la amabilidad del personal.

Excelente la estadía, las habitaciones muy acogedoras, el desayuno variado y exquisito. La limpieza de las instalaciones excelente. Estacionamiento amplio y seguro. Sería ideal que la atención del restaurante tuviese un horario más extenso.
