Altocerro Villas Hotel & Camping

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is not good. Everything feels very worn out, old, and lacking proper maintenance. The towels and bed sheets are heavily worn and yellowish. The window screens are broken and dirty. The breakfast offered is very basic, with limited options, and the quality of the food is not the best. Most importantly: DO NOT book excursions through them. The person they recommend is not responsible, and we had a very bad experience due to an accident involving a four-track vehicle with an agency they recommended.

It was a beutiful place love the nature aspects of it the animals on site all tho having a pool would have been nice!

This property is really good and love the patio and all the space to enjoy a full day out there.

Thanksgiving We love going to Constanza and staying at Altocerro has become a must. Everything that we need is right there. We stayed for 5 days and did not have to leave the property.

Great place to relax and have quality time with the family. However for the location and the accommodation provided it is overpriced. Additionally, our cabin specifically had issues with the bathroom door (not closing) and the door to the master bedroom was jammed - to open/close the door it needed to be pushed/pulled very hard and it made a loud scratching noise every time it was opened or closed waking up my daughter in the second bedroom.

I definitely will re visit this place, very relaxing place to disconnect from all the craziness of the city, I love it

Hotel was quiet, clean room and staff very attentive.

We found a lot to like about this place. It was pleasant to sit and have a drink on our balcony in the cool mountain air. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a good meal in the restaurant. The included breakfast was more than adequate. We had no complaints.
