At first my husband and myself thought it seemed well maintained and for the most part clean. However, my husband was awakened by a crazed lady banging on the door (I was out walking the dog) so at first he thought it might be me. Unfortunately he opened the door to find a crazy inebriated woman saying she had been robbed and wanted to know if he had any dope!! Worried for me after he got her to go away. He frantically found me and walked myself and our dog to the room. She continues to knock on other guests doors. Come to find out she was not even a guest of Motel 6. Later that night my husband was getting some work done and dropped his pen. When he leaned over to feel for the pen he yelled...not finding the pen but a needle. He alerted the front desk right away only to have them request that he bring the needle downstairs to them. We could not believe what was and had taken place. We were offered no apologies or anything. Needless to say we left in the middle of the night and will never go back.

Just came in with no reservation after a rough driving trip and I was treated like a King. The kindness of their service and true concern for well being was truly touching and exceptional. The front desk to a man was more than helpful and friendly. I changed the nature of my stay 3 times and they patiently accommodated me. The General Manager, Chad Aherns, was kind, patient, and more than helpful. He recognized my distress and cured it with attentiveness and concern. When finishing checking me in He went on to suggest a pair of excellent restaurants in the area complete with printed driving directions. In addition to the excellent personal service the Inn itself is sparkling clean, bright and perfectly maintained. I have stayed in many Grander Hotels but not better than this modest Inn! Well run, well managed, and with a wonderful attitude amount to a grand slam winner. Stay here and you will never regret it.

It was a short overnight trip. The room was in decent shape. The lamp shade was in pieces but otherwise a good room. There was a horrible storm and we woke up to a flooded bathroom. I stay in this hotel a lot. Staff are friendly and keep everything pretty clean.

I was very pleased with the desk clerk her name was Kim and she made us feel at home. Nice place to stay.. she helped us out with parking and getting settled in our room. Kim is the best. She helped with us with the direction we needed to go leaving hotel to eat and then do some shopping the day.. every bit of her helpful advise was so needed and we followed it t he next day while in conway Arkansas.
