Clean rooms and lobby.
Decent breakfast considering covid.
Very convenient locations with cheap gas stations, restaurants, sams club, and Walmart nearby.

It was very clean and nice. Only complaint, the shower faucet was loose and difficult to operate.

Website said pet friendly. booked online. got there and found out they do not allow pets. Now going to Country Inn and Suites and will have to fight with ******* to get refund I am sure. Frustrating!!

Nice hotel at a good price. They could get rid of the plastic cutlery and other disposable items in the breakfast area and use reusable plates etc. Other than that a nice hotel.

This Fairfield Inn is not up to their normal standards. The room doesn't have any USB ports, and the TV is small and not a smart TV. The AC unit sounds like a 747 every time it comes on in the middle of the night. They did not come and clean our room. There are much better choices for the same amount of money in Cookeville.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was great, & the hotel was clean. Our king room was nice, but was incredibly small. We were surprised at how "tight" the space was for a king room. Hardly extra room for 2 people to walk around getting ready. And besides the mirror above the bathroom vanity, there is no other mirror in the room. It would be great to have a full-length one somewhere.
