Quality Inn Near Northtown Mall & National Sports Center

It was very quiet at night. Room was kind of sketchy. Folks must smoke in motel. Was pretty smelly of cigarette smoke. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Unique: the health department closed the pool. There were more lightbulbs out then lit. No water in the toilet. It took 2 hours for the sink to drain. A majority of the people staying at the quality inn were living there with their families and pets. I have pictures!!!

The room wasn't cleaned properly, the toilet was definitely dirty. When I went to the front desk other guests were making complaints right before me. I asked for a refund and they called the cops. I'm gonna pursue this through the better business bureau.

Pool was closed waiting to be opened by county. My room was filthy (found moldy muffins in between bed and night stand. food under bed, e cigs under bed). Was just gross here.

Rooms were dirty. There was a used feminine pad in-between the bed and table next to the bed. The bathroom was dirty. The bedding looked dirty. It looked like it was never cleaned for awhile. The staff also kicked me out after an unwanted guest came knocking on my door and made a huge scene after they had called and asked me if I knew her and I told them I did but I never told her to come and that I asked her to leave. They wouldn't let me rent another night there again because of it. I probably wouldn't rent there again anyways. I also felt dick after eating breakfast both days I was there. They had no sugar for coffee and the juice machines did not work. I wouldn't recommend

Felt unsafe, pool was closed, and woke up with a terrible respiratory reaction in the morning. We didn’t shower or eat, just wanted to get out asap after sleeping.

Dirty, run down, dirty sheets, stunk like an ashtray. Probably the worst motel I have ever been to. I left and luckily got a refund.

The room smelled like mixture of bleach, cigarette smoke, and pot smoke. The dressers had no drawers, and nothing was hooked up or plugged in like the tv and heater.

If the pool is closed, they should've noted on bookings website or reply back to the customer about it.
