We were travelling back from Albury NSW and looking for a overnight stay, very busy time of year. Rang Palm Oasis Motel in Coppernook just outside Taree NSW. Andrew answered phone and said yes, he had a room for Us. We found the Palms Oasis very comfortable, clean and everything needed to give us a good nights sleep to continue on our journey to home in Qld next day. Andrew was very friendly and made sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. Would definately stay here at Palms Oasis again if visiting the area again. Thank You Andrew.

Room was very clean most important .
Was no hand towel in bathroom to dry hands on and no liquid soap in the dispenser in shower.
Tea coffee and milk left in cupboard under the sink area. Should be on top where able to see.

Great check in process. We had a late arrival and they made it easy to get in to our room and checkout. Fantastic pit stop for a highway trip. All you need to get some R&R and hit the road again.

Room was very clean and updated but missing a few standard items, ie hand towel in the bathroom, kitchen towel. Disappointed fridge wasn't turned on and no freezer compartment. TV remote needed new batteries, but didn't bother disturbing Manager after hours.

I killed the first cockroach by my daughter's bed side. Then a bit late one actually fell on me while I was reading on my phone while lying in bed. Eventually killed a third one that was climbing on my leg.
The room wasn't clean at check-in. The kitchen even less so. The wifi was very spotty at best and there is very little reception.
Reading the reviews from past customer that rated this hotel 10/10, I am really wondering if we stayed at the place?

Location was quiet, however the bed was hard and uncomfortable and they need to spray for cockroaches. The curtains also need a wash. The bathroom was clean as was the timber floors in the accommodation. Just needs a bit of extra cleaning and new beds
