The only positive thing about this Hotel is the convenient location to the metro. The breakfast is very basic. We stayed here for four nights and on the third day I had to ask at the reception for clean towels and shampoo. They said they would ask housekeeping to leave it in our room. To my surprise when we came back at the end of the day we still had no shampoo or clean towels. Next morning I had to get it at the reception myself. On the last night we found a tick below the window next to our bed. Absolutely shocking.

Great location, just two train stops from the airport. The room is small but very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Next to a big shopping mall which only take a few minutes to walk to.

Overall great! Walking distance to Field’s mall, Royal Arena and train station. Cabiin Metro does not provide luggage storage for FREE, unlike their other hotel - Cabiin City. They both too provide paid luggage storage for max 24 hrs.

Located beside Field's shipping centre, convenient to get food and sundries. My room was on the 10th floor on a Saturday night, guests on lower levels were very noisy till the wee hours of the morning. There was a stench in the corridor on the 10th. A couple of front desk staff attitude was so cold and no smiles. Made me doubt at first sight whether I have made a wrong choice of hotel. Fortunately, there were others who were helpful and kind...sets the balance though. Would only stay there again should there be no other choices.

It is very efficient and convenient to checkin and checkout even before the required checkin time. The room space is very small but it’s enough for us to have a short stay. All the amenities are provided and available for free. It’s very close to the Copenhagen airport but a little bit far away from the tourist areas. On average, it is of high cost performance ratio!

Room was pricey and small. But it is located near a mall which was great. It has everything you need.

The hotel does not have air conditioner, no hairdryer. The bathroom is very small. It was so warm in the room. But the bed is ok. Will not book this next time.

Cheap yet very effective hotel. Clean and new. Beware of a very small bathroom. Close to Royal Arena (concert venue) and other office locations. 8 minutes by walk to the metro station. 5 metro stations distance to central (20 minutes travel time) (note: if you buy Copenhagen card as a tourist, public transport is included) Very close to the airport (2 train stops-11 minutes) There is a large shopping mall with a grocery store that opens at 7 am. Hotel offers buffet style breakfast

A good hotel if you need a rest after a long flight.

I can not give this hotel a good comment, never angry like that and will not recommend to the others if they have budget. Location is great although, but I don't know why the service and the reception are way not professional. It's very noisy, and I don't why some people deserve a better and higher room but not us. I feel so uncomfortable for the reaction of the staff, meanwhile, gym room needs additional charges.

It was a simple and easy stay. I arrived too early to check in, but the staff politely checked if the room was available, and it was. It's a perfect place for a city stay

Good place. Location is rather far from the center though. Staff were friendly.
