It’s a lovely stay in Copenhagen with central location, easy walk to everywhere. Many good restaurants in neighborhood. Stunning view front of hotel’s gate . Cozy hour is excellent. Staff is one key factor to enhance our stay.

Very good, exactly what I was looking for in my ideal hotel. Old-fashioned architecture, simple and clean without losing the modern convenience. The staff were very nice and patient.

The room is nice and cozy but we had some trouble making the room warmer. Luckily the staff gave us this mechanical heater that needed to be plugged in. We enjoyed the whole stay and wil stay again

I loved our stay there! The design, staff, cleanliness, location, and cozy hour in the lobby every evening made our trip to Copenhagen unforgettable and pleasant. The only drawback was the shower, but I assume this is a Scandinavian thing. I saw a lot of bathrooms like that during my trip to Norway last summer, so it wasn't a big deal. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone going to Copenhagen.

Our daughter joined us and we needed to stay together. The hotel charged us 1000 krone per day and it was not expected. We had similar experience in London, UK and inside the USA but never required to extra because we had an option either a king size bed or two queen size bed, but the hotel requires extra payment.

Very welcoming staff. Close work to Norroport Station. Free drinks definitely a plus point.

The room is stuffy and hot. Unfortunately, we stayed during the hottest day and the lacked of aircon is quite unbearable.

The staffs of the hotels are very friendly, proactive and superbly polite, will strongly recommended this great hotel to any friends traveling to Copenhagen

Excellent! Great customer services with free drink (red and white wine/beer/ juice everyday during happy hour at 5-6pm. Great location and near to market and metro station (600 meters walking distances). Room is clean and nice decorated. Really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended!

The hotel is not far from the station, 5-8 minutes walk. The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is comfortable, and it is cleaned every day. The best thing is that the hotel uses good shower gel and body lotion. Overall, I am very satisfied

Great hotel. Comfort and hospitality are very important here. The rooms are elegant and well equipped. The lobby is very cozy with the stove, especially in winter. We will be back.

I stayed here for two days and was very satisfied. The location is very central, and it takes only a few minutes to walk to various public transportation stations and a few minutes to the famous food market. It is very clean, the design is very Nordic and simple, and the toiletries are also a local brand woods_. The staff are also very warm and friendly. The breakfast is great and worth trying. The most touching thing is the hotel's dynamic design, and the luggage storage is also very convenient and humane. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel facilities and atmosphere are very good, the breakfast food is also rich, the room configuration is beautiful, and the supplies are complete. Compared to another hotel I stayed in Copenhagen, this one was a winner. The only drawback is that it is a ten-minute walk from the subway station, which is not very convenient if you are carrying luggage.
