While the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming and even gave an early check in, I wouldn’t consider staying here again.
Some of the issues couldn’t necessarily be fixed by the staff:
-Loud street and nearby club noise
-Loud guests
-Very small bathroom (poo while you shower small)
But the issues the staff could control:
-The door to my room was not closed by the cleaning staff. It was left slightly open and unlocked for a majority of the day. This should NEVER happen. Luckily my laptop and other things were still in the room when I arrived, but I’ve never experienced such a lapse in the safety of a customer’s belongings at any other hotel. This really left was was a mediocre stay as one that would leave me to not recommend the hotel.
-Each day when the room was cleaned, the room had less towels, soap, etc. than when I checked in. It would be nice to have enough towels and soap each day.
-Had there been the option to add a “no service” card to the door, I would have done so as I’d prefer not to have daily room service. This would have avoided some of the issues I experienced.
