I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful, with all the little details being perfect. They provide toothbrushes and other toiletries, which you can also get for free by scanning a QR code. The breakfast was excellent, with freshly made omelets. They even adjust the meal times on weekends. If you skip housekeeping for consecutive nights, you get drink vouchers for the bar, good for beer, wine, or soft drinks.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the window is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed watching the birds flying around. The hotel is within walking distance of several places of interest. The room is really very nice but the staff are another matter. Only a couple of the front desk staff are friendly and helpful while most are curt and unfriendly. The housekeeping team was always forgetting something. For example, fresh face towels were not given after the soiled ones were removed. Two bottles of hand soap were at the sink instead of one soap and one body lotion. The housekeeping staff also knocked on the door twice in the morning to check if they could clean the room. That happened 3 out of the 5 days I stayed with them. Even on the last day when I was going to check out, a housekeeping staff knocked on my door to ask if she could make up the room and I was going to leave the hotel for good in 2.5 hours. It was mind boggling why she could not wait till I had checked out from the hotel to make up or clean the room.

Breakfast was good. The room was very basic nothing great about. Very much of a disappointment. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

The room was great – very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was spotless too. It's super convenient with the metro right outside and a water bus stop nearby. Plus, Copenhagen has so many good food options!

One of the best hotel for our Scandinavian trip. We have a very nice view room, huge space.

Loveddddd our stay here. Very thoughtful touches and the hotel and room were gorgeous. The location was super close to the Metro and walking distance to a lot of sites. Hated to leave.

Pretty good location, near the metro and there’s a bus stop in front of the hotel. There was a 24/h gym and water given everyday. Was a little disappointed in the room was cleaned as there was a day I had to request for clean towels cause they didn’t replace the soiled ones but the app didn’t work so we had to call for the towels. We had 2 people staying but they only gave us 1 set of toothbrush for the entire duration of the stay. TV channels were lacking and the rooftop bar closes by mid Oct.

Robotic staff with no flair and service mindset. Bed linen was stained upon check in  and servicing of room was of a poor standard too.

The hotel was overall great, but for the price I paid per night, it could absolutely have been better. The service was on par and as expected, some things (like room service) took a little longer than I would have preferred. Definitely a 5 star hotel, but on the low end for quality and service when it comes to the price to value ratio.

Great stay and great location. Breakfast was alright. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

It was pretty good, and I even ran into the European Summit, so the security was top-notch.

Friendly staff; good breakfast; late checkin; close to metro station; situated in an quiet area even at night, we did not feel unsafe; fancy hotel lobby. Walking distance to the main attractions. Room was clean, not the most spacious but ok.
