Very good location which near Central Station （train) & Kobenhavn Metro Station. Besides, travellers can take bus 5C just outside the hotel to the airport. Quite a number of scenic spots are quite close to the hotel. Cost value of the buffet breakfast is great which costs only DDK$69 when compared of the food bought from restaurant outside. Lots of activities are offered by the hotel which esp suit for the youngsters.

I had a terrible experience with an inconsiderate roommate who started talking loudly at around 6 AM. I reported it to the front desk, asking them to remind my roommate, but they did nothing, claiming it wasn't their responsibility. So, I contacted the hotel through a third-party platform to address the noise issue. The hotel did send someone to deal with it, but I was in my room the entire time and never saw anyone come! They also claimed they offered me a room change, which I never received – I suspect they were just trying to appease me. Plus, I was only staying for one night, so a room change wasn't really a viable option anyway. Very disappointed.

Super dirty bedsheets, I couldn’t even sleep in the room I booked for the night due to all the stains the bedsheets that it had. The pictures speak for themselves. They’re were stains everywhere. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience and will never be staying at this place ever again. -100/5

I was very satisfied with the location and cleanliness. Generally, I have prejudices about staying in shared rooms at hostels, but I can say that this place completely changed all of my prejudices.

My second time staying here, and it was great as usual. Rooms are clean as well and the location is great' everything is within walking distance. If not there is good bus connections near the hostel or metro. The hostel also offers a free walking tour, where you can get to see most attractions with explaination of the history.

Great place and location! Downstairs is busy with activities if you want to meet people, but the dorms are actually really quiet. Bed is comfy, would perhaps suggest a small curtain to close the pod if possible.

The main advantage is its convenient location near the station. However, the room's cleanliness was disappointing; there was hair on the bed and stains on the sheets. The air conditioning's heating was poor, making the room too cold at night and affecting my sleep. Overall, the value for money isn't great, and I wouldn't really recommend staying here.
