Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly staff and very comfortable room. Beds and bedding are especially comfortable and rooms were quiet so we slept very well. I only wish they had an option of two single extra beds in the family room rather than just a double sofabed.

Overall, I can say the hotel is far more out of my expectation. The location is very convenient and easy to get all the visiting points. The room is spacious and tidy. The staff are so nice, very helpful and friendly. I will definitely choose the same hotel if I visit Copenhagen again.

The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. Since it's a newer hotel (built in 2022), the facilities are quite modern. I especially loved the walk-in shower instead of the usual tub and shower combo! However, the room space is quite small.

They initially gave me the wrong room, a twin bed instead of a double, and then when I finally got a new room, the key card didn't work. It took three attempts to finally check in. The room was tiny, I couldn't even open my suitcase, and there was no daily room cleaning (I later found out you have to book it a day in advance). There's no phone in the room to call the front desk, and they don't offer luggage storage; you have to pay to use lockers on the basement floor. This hotel really opened my eyes to the prices and service in Denmark... Fellow Chinese travelers, please avoid this place.

Overall, the experience felt overly transactional and extremely calculative. There were repeated issues with the card access, which caused inconvenience during the stay. Housekeeping was arranged but did not turn up as scheduled, and towels were not replaced. Additionally, many basic items were chargeable — including coffee — which felt excessive for a hotel stay. While the room itself was acceptable, the lack of service follow-through and the constant emphasis on extra charges significantly affected the overall experience.

Great hotel, sleep design and very clean. Good location, however it’s a shame you have to pay extra for the amenities or even for water (they should at least have a free water dispenser).

Nice hotel, good rooms, location good, very good food at the hotels restaurant BUT: the service at the hotels restaurant in at dinner time was not good, not friendly, not professional enough to me! to thank you, no good bye….

The room is clean and the bed comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, advance booking is required for the use of the swimming pool with a rather expensive charge, The breakfast is good, however, would appreciate a slight change of menu probably every two days. I stayed here for 5 nights. Have been seeing the exact same food every morning.
