The trip was cool hotel was fine no problems went on a business trip

Needs updating and through vacuuming under beds. Furniture not pulled out to sweep behind and under.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes. No ice. Picture from wall on the floor. No hot water in the bathroom.

Said they have breakfast they do not! Door handles broken, toilet not flushing. Was not happy with the stay!

My second time staying here. First time wasn’t as bad but my most recent stay was disappointing. Room smelled like pee and the sink and tub were both clogged. There were stains on the bedsheets and all the bedding smelled musty. The overall room was nasty especially the carpets and bathroom. Elevator wasn’t working when we arrived as well. You get what you pay for.

Staff was fine but the place is an absolute dump. Peeling paint, flickering lights, walls literally collapsing, and nothin in the room is newer than 20-25 years.

The first room we were put in was dirty and the shower was clogged up with hair. Once they moved us to a different room it was a better stay. They just need to focus more on cleaning and having a better breakfast supply.

Very dissapointed with my stay. For everything you need you have to ask the front-desk. No phone working in the room in case of question or emergency.

The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean- it’s an inexpensive safe place to lay your head - no frills
