This was a rollercoaster of an experience. Turns out there is no Holiday Inn at this location. I find out the day before as we are mapping our route - this Holiday Inn is permanently Closed! What?! The property is actually a Hilton property with a different phone number than what was listed on the Trip.com reservation page. Panicked, thinking we had been scammed I call the Thesis by Hilton to find out they did have a reservation under my name. Such a relief. The Thesis Hotel is spectacular with wonderful amenities and very clean and comfortable rooms. Trip.com needs to update their hotel information. SMH
