The room was clean. A decent size fridge and microwave. The cable tv did not work. When I called the front desk she could not hear me and hung up. Target was a 3 minute walk away which was really good. It served its purpose to overnight.

I find it amazing that people are still leaving this place bad reviews is getting well documented for years what you were getting. We brought earplugs in sleeping blindfolds, stayed on the second floor facing the street. No issues sleeping, easy check in, wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby within walking distance. Reasonable price for a pre-cruise stay.
For those who complained about the stairs, an elderly gentleman with a walker was there. He ****** it up like a big boy and did them two handed sideways. Do you research and don't act so shocked when you get what everybody else did.

Convenient for MIA stopover, well located for Target, restaurants and with a spacious room.
I had a mid-afternoon flight so I was allowed to check out a bit later. No elevator (but that didn’t matter to me). Lyft from and back to MIA was facile, quick (15 mins) and reasonable ($15)
Room needs an upgrade but was spacious and comfortable and priced for that. Quiet.

Old building near by the airport. No escalator. Have to take stairs to 3rd floor with all luggages.

Nice and clean hotel perfect if you plan to spend the day outside exploring the city and only need a place to sleep. The hotel is clean and in a safe location. The only negative aspect is that the windows are so thin that if you have a room facing the street you can hear all cars.

This is becoming our go-to hotel whenever we go to Miami. We have many convenience stores at walking distance and there are also trolley and bus services avalable with some even taking you to the metrorail. The hotel may not look as grand as others but it has the necessary amenities for people wanting to explore. Like most areas, there is no free parking so we like to simply get around with the public transportation.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always appreciated that it is cozy and in an excellent location. Although I am aware that it is not a luxurious hotel, there is no reason to neglect small details. For example, the shower was not in good condition, there was food from a previous guest inside the refrigerator, and the soda machine did not work. The front desk staff, very friendly, were not the same as usual, making me wonder if perhaps the hotel is under new management.

Honestly, beds and room was pretty clean which is always important. Beds were way too soft though.
Weird guy was sat in reception, with his hands down his pants, feeling himself when i came to check in which didn’t fill me with a sense of safety! Ended up barricading my door because of it.
There were ants in the room.
Aircon machines are so loud.
No lift either.
