The biggest problem was hearing the footsteps of those upstairs. And it's not like any noise bothers me. No. It's too much. I don't know how it's built, but if you want to rest, it's impossible. There were two beds in my room. Mine was also very noisy. Old mattress or a bed that wasn't properly adjusted, I don't know. They should address the noise issues from the upstairs room.

Everything was fine, the personnel was very attentive and helpful, and the hotel is well located, pretty and comfortable. My only problem was with the phone and WIFI coverage, which was very deficient.

This is our favorite place to stay in Coral Gables. A nice quiet hotel with helpful staff. Jorge was extremely accommodating with our early arrival. The location is walkable to many stores and restaurants and is close to a free trolley stop.

Staff was friendly, check in and check out easy. Location is walkable to plenty of restaurants in Coral Gables. There is a target very close if you forgot any small items. Only complaint is the hotel is dated, especially the bathroom needs updating. Very small rooms which were fine for us, but might not be for others who like bigger spaces.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Check in was a snap. Be aware there is no elevator and stairs are narrow and steep. Also be aware parking is a block away.

Small, clean rooms with microwave and small refrigerator. On trolley route, Publix two blocks away. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. No pool, no gym, no elevator. Cost-effective.
