Located in Coral Gabels, a calm and centric neighborhood, this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami. Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, washer&dryer, linen, towels, etc. Parking spot available on premises. 6-month contract only The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex. Each unit has its own parking space. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood. Queen bed in the main bedroom + full bed in second bedroom + sofa bed in the living room. (In case of using the sofa bed, please inform us of this matter, so it can be left ready for you.) All check-in and check-out process is done remotely. You will be provided with a unique code for entering. More details about the process will be provided by direct message. If you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay please let us know and will be provided you with an extra charge. Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost. A dog is allowed in the unit and it has an extra cleaning fee.
