This hotel is amazing. The best fish and chips I’ve ever had, there’s no words! The breakfast-French toast blew my mind. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the girls at reception, management , everyone who works here makes you feel so welcome. Room was just perfect, family room with sea view. Our boys loved it. I really didn’t want to leave. I booked our next stay before I left. I’ve travelled the world and stayed in so many places, this is my favourite hotel and place to stay! There’s something very special about this place

It’s been a while since I ate here, but I needed a spot to work & eat… The service was great - friendly, helpful & fast - and the chicken wings were divine. Crunchy, with a generous amount of hot sauce butter & a really tasty blue cheese dip. Good value too - & it was also a comfy spot for working.

Very disapointed with not being told before hand with a simple E-mail that the pool was out of order ,The pool was the reason that we picked the hotel.No offer of any type of reimbursment.Very poor form .Very quick to take our money on arrival. Sean and jackie (kerry)

What a view when dining in this beautiful setting. I was blown away from the tasty breakfasts to the mouthwatering dinners with a few to die for. Our room was spotless and airy. The beds were so comfortable and the showers 2nd to none. Would highly recommend this friendly hotel for friends or family.

Excellent. We made one mistake, we didn’t have dinner in the hotel every night. Breakfast was superb, service too. Lovely pool/gym. Location is ideal for exploring west cork and Schull is a lovely village. Lovely traditional bars and a beautiful harbour

Just stopped here briefly and got recommended this place by some locals. Amazing food that I'm not going to hesitate to give 10/10. There's a lot of good restaurants in Cork, but this place definitely stands out. Great menu, amazing flavours.

The location is stunning with beautiful sea views, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool and sauna were a lovely bonus, and we really enjoyed dining at the restaurant. Can’t wait to come back!

Schull harbour hotel is ideally located in the heart of the village and with stunning views out across the bay. I stayed three nights and can honestly say it was amazing. The hotel is lovely. It's spotlessly clean, my room was huge and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. The food was so nice and the breakfast looked unreal (I'm not a breakfast person) with a great selection for all tastes. For me the stand out feature was the staff! They were fantastic. So friendly and always had time for a chat. The restaurant evening/breakfast staff and the reception staff were top class, I truly cannot praise both them and the hotel enough. I hope to return to West Cork for a holiday and when I do i will be staying at this hotel. 5 stars (more if I could).

Booked last minute. Was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations quality and the staff’s very high levels of customer service. Sleep quality was immaculate and setting is a real delight with views over the bay and all the amenities of the village close to hand. Plenty of free parking too, which is a bonus and the breakfast included was substantial and excellent quality. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful setting and fantastic service! The location was perfect, and the views were stunning. All the staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

A group of my friends met at Schull Harbour Hotel in Schull to research some genealogy for an American lady recently. We had teas and coffees and desserts. There was plenty space to sit at the table and spread out our research material and laptop. The room was bright and airy and spacious, so that every table had their own privacy. There was no pressure on us to leave and we also made some reservations for a future date in May 2025 for the American lady who will be visiting Schull to progress her research. There was a great selection of beverages and desserts available and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The sun was shining and we could look at Schull Harbour and the Islands while we had our meeting! All in all, an excellent venue for formal and informal meet-ups!

From the moment we arrived the staff and whole experience was fantastic. The reception staff whose names I didn’t get were so welcoming and friendly couldn’t have been nicer. The two women working the breakfast table were so nice and friendly.. the bar staff a Cornelius and especially Darragh were brilliant couldn’t do enough for us, live music on the Saturday night was great too and a nice vibe for couple drinks not too loud.

The experience was disappointing. We began with the vegetable soup, which was quite oily, and we weren't given all the necessary cutlery for our meal. Next, I ordered the pizza. It was undercooked and very doughy, with a grainy texture on the base that felt like sand. I couldn’t finish it. My partner had the toasted sandwich with chips. The sandwich was bland. The chips seemed reheated or refried; they were very dark brown and tough. The service was okay; the staff were friendly and we did not wait long for our food. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and a view of the bay. However, nothing stood out about the presentation of the food. There was a good variety on the menu, but the overall experience did not meet my expectations. The only thing I’d recommend is the coffee. Overall, it was not worth the price.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really good plenty of choice from a full Irish to eggs benedict. Things that let it down is the Leisure Club. The ladies changing room was freezing and the floor filthy. No where to lock your clothes away although there are lockers but none all locked I presume they are for members!! the surrounding of the pool was very wet and slippery and quite dangerous. Only one part of the jacuzzi was working and it is not hot as it is in the pool so it is the pool temperature. The two jets over the pool were both broken. It needs a complete overhaul. It was a shame as it could of received 5 stars.
