The number one hotel in Cork, with an excellent location, the river lee is right under the window, and the breakfast is excellent. It is a 5-minute walk to the National University of Ireland Cork and an 8-minute walk to the British Market.

Our stay at the The River Lee hotel, was really lovely, a really great room, lovely and peaceful, very comfortable beds, a fridge, lovely bathroom, and a large TV with Chromecast, where we watched a film closed the black out curtains felt like we were at the cinema , and ate the lovely fudge sweets left by the hotel, and beautiful Breakfast the following morning, Big thank you to Maeve, and Denis, at reception, who made our stay so great!

The food was absolutely spectacular! We got the prawns & steak, all the staff were very attentive & went above & beyond for our anniversary. We made the booking with Maeve over the phone who also explained the parking situation, and was very kind when we left. Will definitely return

We got the privilege of winning a voucher for the river Lee hotel and we loved every minute of it . The hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff are amazing so friendly and accommodating. We had a meal in the hotel and the food was unreal. We had our 2 daughters with us our 4 year old was delighted with the hot chocolate at breakfast which was such a lovely touch along side the cappuccinos and the staff were so lovely making sure we were comfortable in the bar and ensuring we had space for the buggy For our 4 month old . We are already looking forward to coming back .. the espresso martinis are delicious nicest I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend this hotel !

Staff are exceptional service is excellent and everyone friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and everywhere extremely clean and modern. Good location for the city. Food is beautifully prepared and delicious

Lovely hotel just a short (15 min) walk from Cork City centre. Room had all necessary amenities and was comfortable. Wide range of guests from business travellers to families. Great welcome and service from all staff. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Special mention to the breakfast room staff and the lovely manager who kept things in order very well. Highly recommended for a short break!

An excellent hotel in a gorgeous setting in a nice town in Ireland. Hotel staff were helpful and the food was terrific. There is a glass elevator with 180 degree views of Cork and you are a short walk away from pretty much everything of interest n the city. Breakfasts were really good with a nice variety. The seating area overlooks the River Lee and we saw herons, ducks, choughs and other birds while having breakfast. Really a nice way to start each day. We were on the executive floor and had turn down service which was nice. It may well be available throughout the hotel. The bar menu for small plates was good with variety and a vegetarian menu too. Cocktails are particularly good. Don’t miss the honeycomb old fashioned. Nearby are many great places to eat. Cameron bakery is excellent, as is Spitjack. Highly recommended.

Our stay was excellent. Ryan gave us great recommendations for food and drinks. He even remembered our name at checkout. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Would stay here again without hesitation. The entire staff was excellent.

Love the River Lee. The hotel is so comfy, stunning views from the room and such friendly staff. Special shout out to Karina on the front desk, Gillian duty manager and David who served us dinner in the Grill room but they are just the names we got..every team member is very friendly. Was here with my daughter who is 9, we swam, went for a wander around city and some shopping. Best breakfast in Ireland and duck was fab for dinner.
