Myself and my 2 children had a lovely 7 nights stay. Despite it being the kids summer holidays we never had to secure a sunbed at silly times. The pool is clean and tidy. No inflatables are allowed. Most kids had pool noddles which were available from the corner shop. The entertainment for my teenager kids was limited. They were happy playing in the pool or having walk down to the beach (10 mins walk) During the daytime we also went to the Hippy market (20 mins walk) and also the land train that departs at 1030am (€20 - adult & €10 euro kids) we enjoyed this calling off at 3 separate beaches for a brief swim and drinks. At night we ate in the hotel, apart from 1 night where we treated ourselves to a meal on the sea front. We found all meals satisfactory and even my fussy daughter found the food nice. It can get busy. We found the best times to eat where 9am and 7.35pm. The entertainment was basic at night, but we did enjoy the Grease show. We preferred to have a walk down into the lovely town at night, calling in at a bar and the several shops. It's a chilled place, but had just enough so my kids were bored. There is a small fair across from hotel with rides etc (probably for u11s) We also entertained ourselves playing pool, air hockey and supermario. The drinks for adults were served in a returnable plastic class (€1 deposit) kids drinks were help yourself. Ice creams were available all day, with a choice of 3. The food available during the day time was either in the restaurant or at the poolside. We preferred eating from the poolside, with toasties, burgers, hot dogs and chips being a hit with the kids. The rooms are basic, with the sofa bed not being that comfortable. The staff are polite and always smiling. Overall we got what we paid for. It's a low end all inclusive holiday that we enjoyed. Would I return 🤔 probably not, because we did all we could on a small budget, in a small town. But if your on a low end budget and you can get a good deal (free kids place) give it a try.

So stayed here with family mid June. This hotel is rated 3 plus stars. 3 by Jet2, my opinion 2 plus. very dated, old fashioned. defo needs upgrade. stayed for a week ate out twice. negatives decor lifts - absolutely tiny (we had pushchair) food - repetitive, feel very little effort. evening entertainment.. maybe as we went mid june? coach drop off and pick up is down road, u literally get dropped at side of road. no inflatables allowed in big pool. tea on evening was late 7:30pm, not great when you have kids. Alot of broken brolleys around pool. positives good location baby pool kids club, staff are great. like make an effort. big pool good but deep. lifeguard breakfast Does have a small play park again abit old fashioned. View from baby pool is literally a carpark. The tea on evening was late and then some days people were queing. I would hate to stay peak season ie when kids off because the dinner hall isn’t big enough. definitely not enough beds / umbrellas for busier times. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We took all inclusive package and really enjoyed the our 3 days stay. Hotel is very near to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really liked the entertainment team and they were working hard to involve everyone in games. Only con I saw was all drinks were provided in plastic cups and for which we need to provide 1 euro deposit. Food changed everyday and that kept us interesting. A basic gym available. There was no hesitation from staff when asked for repeated drinks and they were very generous. Variety of bar food is also available.

We were upgraded to this hotel from their other hotel, Cala Martina which was our original booking as LLUM announced they would close Cala Martina early. The hotel is a little dated but it is clean, the staff were friendly and hard working. We were in an apartment as a family of three, so we had sliding panels to separate twin beds from living area. In the living area was a sofa bed that could sleep two. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds made nicely. We went on the last week of the 2023 season so towards the end of our stay the food dwindled but we never struggled to find nice things to eat. Breakfast has pancakes, made to order omelette fried eggs, beans, sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, grilled veg, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, toast, and French sticks. Lunch always had a paella on a hot plate, sometimes fish, sometimes chicken, sometimes pork. There was always pasta and bolognaise or tomato based sauce, and pizza and chips for the kids. Great salads, salad offering was best at lunch times. Plenty of hot food dished. There was an array of cakes and fresh fruit, also little ice cream pots (vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry and vanilla). Vegetarian options always available Dinner again offered good choice of hot food and salad options. Vegetarian options available. Kids was the same as lunch. The pool bar served a bar type menu from around 11am until 3pm ish. Burgers, hotdogs, chips, tuna sandwiched, mixed salad etc. We went all inclusive (there is an option of board) There was a good selection of cocktails, sangria (red wine version with fruit) San Miguel, some local liquors including a London Gin, and wine in the restaurant. Fizzy drinks on tap and water. Coffee machine, also coffee could be made behind the bar. The pool was freezing! My kid enjoyed brief moments in it but the sea which was a short walk was much more pleasant and shallow for a good distance too. The hotel was next to the shops and bars on the edge of the main *****. A great location to access bars and amenities in Es Cana. The temperature was very agreeable for winter sun between 22 and 24 in the day and improve 20 late into the night but a bit breezy most nights. The only thing I struggled with was the hard mattress on the twin beds. I was lucky of I made 4 hours of sleep. Them I had bad back most mornings. The sun loungers were more comfy and one day I did have an hour snooze on the lounger. Still good value for the money we spent despite the uncomfortable beds.

We have just returned from a 10 night break to Es Cana staying 9 nights at the Atlantic and a further night at the sister hotel Coral Beach. The slightly unusual arrangement was due to the Atlantic closing earlier than planned, or at least earlier than Jet2 had planned! We travelled as a family group of 3, myself, my partner and our 5 year old daughter and stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Our experience was largely very positive. We arrived at the hotel slightly late and as dinner was finishing. Carmen on reception was absolutely brilliant and rushed into the dining room to make sure we could get something hot to eat and made sure our bags were kept safe while we did so. It was a genuine warm welcome that set the tone for the holiday. The hotel is not massive so the buffet choice is not as extensive as some larger all inclusives but we found there to be plenty of choice. We also found the quality of the food to be very good, the paellas served every lunchtime were a particular highlight and better than some we’ve had in restaurants before. Staff in the dining room were all very friendly too. As is mentioned in a number of other reviews for alcoholic drinks at the bar you have to leave a one euro per cup deposit which you get back when you return the cup. They do give you a clean cup each time you go up though! Good choice of drinks available and soft drinks are self service with paper cups. Bar staff are also really nice and do a good job. Our room was on 5th floor and had a side sea view from the balcony and it was really pleasant sitting out. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a shower over a bath, no issues at all with water temperature and pressure. The bedroom was separated from the living area by a sliding wooden door. The living area had a table and chairs, TV (can’t comment on the channels as we didn’t use) and a kitchenette with a couple of hobs, microwave, fridge etc. The sofa had also been made up into a large sofa bed where our little girl slept. We were a bit concerned opening and closing the sliding door would wake our little one as it was a little noisy but she was so shattered from having so much fun it wasn’t a problem at all. The pool area was also clean and tidy and there were plenty of sun beds. The pools are not heated and so they were quite cold but we still managed to get it and enjoy a swim on the warmer days. The children’s pool is on a different level to the main pool and has a playground attached which proved to be very popular with the younger children. During the day time the snack bar runs with snacks made to order such as toasties, pizza, hot dogs, burgers, nuggets, chips etc. The fact that snacks were made to order meant the quality of the snack bar food was better than many all ins. As part of the all inclusive offering there was also a choice of three ice creams, a couple of cornetto type ones and a choc ice, slushes were also free and there were other sorts of ice creams available to buy. A lovely week away in the sun. What a marvelous and lovely hotel. It was a very pleasant visit. The weather was great! The hotel was really lovely and clean and all the staff very friendly. Fitness room was fine and we went every day. The buffet for breakfast, lunch & dinner was very very good with a great selection. The wine for dinner was the best we ever had at an All inclusive hotel. GREAT freshly cooked snacks like burger, toasties etc. from the pool bar avaliable most of the day. A perfect stay if you want a nice relaxing holiday. GREAT suroundings. Loads of stunning beautiful beaches around the corner. Restaurants and bars and shopping 2 min. walk from the hotel. We truly recommend this hotel. We shall be returning back. Big thanks to all the staff Xx

Just returned from this hotel in late October and had a great time. Fantastic value for money. Food in the main restaurant was varied, tasty and I always found it to be hot. Daily Pealla at lunch was a highlight. Food from the snack bar also good and made to order. Good selection of all inclusive drinks including cocktails. Junior Suite was large, clean and serviced daily. All staff were friendly, particularly the bar staff. Great location. Quiet but near to the centre and beach. Been to Es Canar many times and stayed in most of the hotels but never here. Would definitely return.
