Nice people with positive intentions, however the hotel is having major maintenance issues. Plumbing, noisy air condition and leaking water on the bed. I was also struggling to take a shower because their was no hot water. On top of that Miscommunication and misunderstanding all the time. I got tired from the service at the end. The owner said that because COVID they didn’t had money to fix those issues, however for me as a paying customer. I didn’t get any value for money. I hope this review will motivate you to fix those important general hotel issues, so you can give a better customer experience to your future valued guests. All the best, Aviel.
