Good location, aaand that's it no any other facilities there, just a place for sleep

Great location in Coron. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops and tour offices. Room was large and lots of storage space. Nice warm shower.

Lets start with the positives: Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very good! Breakfast was actually not bad. The negatives though…: The room is dated and a bit old. It was dark, and our only tiny window looked straight into electricity poles. The AC worked well, but sounded like a drill going on and off. We couldn’t sleep with it on. I found a used earbud under the tv remote. No safe in the room and no laundry hamper or trash can (except for the one in the bathroom). We ended up checking out a few days early because of the AC. Everything else I could get over. Because the place was fully booked the staff did offer to move us but we would have to bounce between rooms (twin rooms and double rooms).

This was an ok hotel. Right in town of Coron, close to port, restaurants, walkable to Mt Tapyas if you're fit. Hotel was clean, breakfast was eggs and spam. For the price, I was expecting a little more.

Great location - short walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ATM/banks, harbour for island hopping, tour agencies, market, etc. The staff are helpful, welcoming and accommodating. They serve a decent Filipino buffet breakfast (6:30-9:00am) that will surely fill you up for your adventures. This hotel has an elevator, which is convenient. They offer a safe for your valuables at the reception (not in the rooms), and they keep them safely. The only downside is the WiFi is only available in the lobby and dining area and not in the rooms, but this wasn’t a problem for us. One problem for us is the smell from the pipes in the bathroom (sometimes), but the overall cleanliness is good. I would go back and stay in this property again. FYI, we stayed in Room SK, which was quite big with a balcony (great for hanging your wet stuff from island hopping - ask for a portable stand hanger).

Excellent central location, very helpful and friendly struff. Spacy rooms with comfortable king size beds, the furniture looks a bit old but fully functional. No wifi in the rooms, just in common areas. To make up the room it is not enough to hang a sign on the door, probably one need to go down to the front desk and remind them. The breakfast options are very limited and the portions could barely satisfy a kindergarten kid. There is an elevator if you fancy. Very good for 2-3 nights stay.

Great location!

Very good hotel in the center of downtown. Within walking distance of a great food court, shops, main attractions. Spacious room. Hot water was always there. The staff is very friendly, ready to help at the first request. Definitely recommend for booking!

The location is very convenient. It is only 100-200 meters away from the pier. As soon as you come out, you will see the Ring Plaza. However, the quilt in the room is very thin and easy to catch cold. It is one of the few hotels with elevators, but the room does not have toilet paper attached There is no one at the counter most of the time, you just need to give the key to the waiter you meet on the road to check out

Номер соответствует фото. Устаревшая мебель, темно в номере. Номер чистый, убирают хорошо. Не было одеяла в номере, принесли по просьбе. Очень громкий кондиционер. Спать с ним не возможно. Находится в хорошей локации, пешая доступность до кафе и пирса. Шума от дорог не слышно. Для не притязательной ночевки.

Hot water and good water pressure? YES! This hotel is spotless too and although you’re close to town, it is a quiet building. The only downfall is the free WiFi is only in the lobby and breakfast eating area. The staff is absolutely outstanding and Grace, the lobby desk attendant, can help you with just about everything…laundry, arranging airport transfer, sightseeing advice! The breakfast was simple but delicious!

Good location (Center of Coron town) , the place is so accessible to restaurant, bars, coffee shop, souvenir shops, atm, port and overlooking at Coron bay. Very accommodating staff. helpful and approachable Ms. Grace Divina. The room is clean, tidy and spacious, WI-FI only worked at the lobby, but not an issue for us. They also serve very good breakfast. We’re very happy and satisfied on our 3 nights and 4 days stay at One Averee Hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would come back. Well, the staff is very accommodating, and the also have an elevator which is good for adults, PWD, and children, and they will assist you whenever you have a question or something, and their breakfast buffet is great but has a limited selection of foods.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! They refuse to refund your reservation even if you cancel according to their terms and conditions. Rudeness and contempt for customers are the hallmarks of this hotel... They don't respond to messages or calls.
