RUN…..BEDBUGS!!!! After 1300 nights with Marriott this was most disgusting stay ever. Room infested to the degree that management HAS to know. After only 2 hours there my family was attacked by bugs everywhere. They moved us to dirty room….so we left. As compensation they offered 10,000 Bonvoy points which is shameful when your family,clothes and bags have to be debugged. Sadly, Marriott has lost their way

Needs updating, and cleaning. A little raggedy with bits of stains on the couch and peeling furniture. But for some reason it is homey. Breakfast is fair. Early check-in at 3 pm and late check-out at 12 is standard which is the greatest thing. Hotels in Corona must be mediocre if this is #4 of 16 hotels. I guess we get what we pay for.

This hotel felt newly renovated and was very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our suite was of good size and quiet. The breakfast (included in the price) was very good and I especially appriciated that they offered plain yoghurt.

Our room was filthy, clothing tags and toy cars left on floor from the previous stay and my son found an unidentified clothing item on the side of his bed (pictured). Management allowed a band to practice loudly (think banging drums) outside our room at 7 am, they promised me they would make them stop, they did not. Their blow dryer was faulty and tore out a huge chunk of my hair (pictured). After all of this the manager Alfredo promised a full refund and it has been 3 weeks no refund. Now I have to try and get the money back thru my bank. Beware this is how they treat Marriott rewards members. I do not recommend. You will be treated better elsewhere.

Nice older hotel close to lots of restaurants and easy access to freeways. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are small but have great water pressure for excellent shower. Lots of convenient parking close to hotel. Great Hotel for the price.

The rooms should not have carpet in them because all carpet in all hotels is gross... The beds were kind of comfortable but the base they were on was really loud some friends in myself shared a room and we couldn't get over how loud the beds were if you try to move an inch or 2.... But besides that the room was OK the bathroom door has to be shut at all times because if you keep it open then you cannot use the sync in the room... Also our Microwave was broken... We are glad it had a refrigerator in the room... They need more trash cans and bigger trash cans there were definitely not enough hangers in the closet... Not enough towels in the room and they knew there were going to be 4 of us in the room.... The breakfast was ok.... They have a very awkward array of choices but the oatmeal tastes pretty good they have strawberries and they have melon they have scrambled eggs with no flavor... They have poor quality sausage, The yogurt is pretty decent they only have typical bread and no gluten free bread , they have not gotten current they "are not going with the times" which means making sure that everybody is taken care of.... What I'm saying is if they have gluten free bread then they are including everybody, I could not eat the bread there I don't think that Marriott chain comprehends the extreme popularity of "gluten free".... The one last thing I could say is the people at the counter at the Marriott were pretty much helpful and that was very much appreciated.

This was my second stay at this property. I probably rated it a little higher last time. Everything was in good working order, clean, and standard for any SpringHill Suites. What "got me" was the $10 per night parking fee! This is a far-out suburban location (approximately 30 miles east of LA). And it's located in an industrial area of Corona. Charging ANY rate to park here is ridiculous, and another example of hotels pursuing the "money grab" going on currently (it's the urban equivalent of the "resort fee". Just absurd!)

Michelle at the front desk made me feel very welcome to stay here. We had a brief chat about the hotel and area and she could not have been more pleasant. It is very nice to actually be welcomed at a front desk and not treated as a hassle. Thank her for her service

This is a comfortable and clean SpringHill Suites with good sized rooms. Overall, a comfortable stay, but a few things to be aware of: (1) right by the highway which means a little noisy, but not as convenient as you'd expect as you have to snake around a few roads to get to and from that highway (2) mask requirements only loosely followed/enforced in the hotel - I know it is very difficult to monitor guest behavior but at the least I think the staff should be monitoring mask usage around the food at breakfast. (3) Our bathroom had a smoky smell, of which we alerted the front desk at arrival, but it was never addressed. But overall a solid choice at this price point.
