Exceptional staff, facilities and stay! I have stayed here on several occasions on business. This time was by far the best. Loews Cornoado took considerable efforts to make sure people felt safe during these Covid times. Staff was both friendly and helpful. Room was great! Overall, a great stay!

Take the children to play on the weekends, and find that there is no hot water when playing in the water by the sea when going back to the room to take a bath. Called the front desk and waited for half an hour before the workers came to repair it. Because I had reserved dinner, I couldn't wait to fix it, so I had to go to dinner first. Come back for dinner and find that there is still no hot water! Called the front desk again, waited for nearly an hour, and made several phone calls during the call to see the repair. Such a high-end resort hotel, there was no hot water in the room, and the maintenance staff came very slowly! Children wait until 10 pm to have a hot bath to sleep! Called the front desk to complain, asked to speak with the manager, and was told that there was no manager at night ... speechless! Called Ctrip customer service to complain and was asked to take a picture without hot water! Excuse me, how can I make a film without hot water? ? !! Ctrip's customer service said that it would give 100 yuan for exemption. Check-in could have gone a bit smoother if the hotel had signs that properly directed people to the check-in desks. I wandered around for about ten minutes before I found them. There should also be a disclosure that not only is there a $35 per day ”Resort Fee”, but there is also a $40 per day fee to park on-premises. There is no valet parking so guests must park in the underground parking garage. Parking in the garage does not make it easy to transfer things from your vehicle to your room. To make things worse, the bellmen watch the luggage carts like a hawk and won't let anyone except bellmen use them. I would find it difficult to recommend the Del, based on my experience.

The room is too small, 15 square meters? If you put 2 boxes, there will be no place to stand, no elevator, and the baggage needs to pick it up. Location is OK, five minutes walk from the beach, there are Mexican restaurants inside and outside the breakfast. It is not recommended to stay in a family.
