The hotel is very beautiful with common areas full of details. There are very comfortable beds and proper cleaning. The terrace and beautiful bar area with very good food. Fruit and breakfast with everything necessary. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. We have returned with the feeling that this hotel is missing a star, it is worth 3* as it is. Ideal for families with dogs and children. You exceed our expectations at all levels! Staff 5 stars and always available, buffet and restaurant with great quality and variety, surrounded by gardens to walk the dog and children's parks, 10 minutes walk from the metro to the city centre, The hotel is close to the historical centre with local shops and restaurants, neighborhood supermarkets, free parking, etc. Thank you all, from reception to cleaning. What a nice experience. We come on a family vacation to celebrate the anniversary of two children. A trip to Madrid and two days in the Warner park. Before going I reached out to the hotel to see if it would be possible to have some kind of cake in the breakfast to be able to sing happy birthday to the boys, as one of them was celebrating 5 years old on the last day on the hotel. Alejandro was the person from the Hotel who organized this and they not only brought the cake but also brought a gift for our little boy. The hotel is clean and easy to access. They have a lot of parking slots but is also very easy to park on the street in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the price was very good if you think on everything that the hotel provides. There is a big shopping center near to hotel which make easy for shopping and eating and it is close enough to Madrid Warner Park. A great stay and I will be back for sure.

I loved the treatment of the staff, both the girl and the boy the next day. We did not lack anything, it is perfect for events or for work groups that need to rest for a couple of days. The cleanliness is perfect, everything is disinfected and there are no ”bugs”, like in some 5-star hotels;). At the reception, you have a breakfast buffet, they have everything, it's great for the price you pay. You also have water, coffee or infusions 24 hours a day, all at the Nestlé brand reception, the coffees are very good. The bed is huge, very comfortable, and high. On each side of the bed there are lamps that are perfect for reading. The TV is super, all the channels and perfect. Our window is quite high and not very big, perfect for children, because they can't reach it. They have air conditioning that works perfectly. The shower is flush, they have two shower heads, one huge fixed and the other small so you can use it as you like. The shower is glassed and has a small door, so the water does not escape. Perfect dryer, soap and gel with dispenser. The only thing I didn't like was the location, although it is a quiet place, too much, it doesn't match how good it is. It is located in an, as I would say, industrial estate, that is, there are warehouses, car houses... in that style. The truth is that then you go out for a walk and you arrive in Alcorcón in no time, in 15 minutes, you don't even need to rent a car, so if you don't mind walking, you can do it there. and you don't get tired because it's flat. Of course, there are some parks nearby, great. But don't expect to come down from the hotel and have something to eat, because there is nothing.

Very good hotel. Cleanliness, attention, breakfast. It is almost at the same door as Secanias Station. It is the center of Torrejón. Disadvantages: 1. It does not have airport services. 2. The bed is very small, so if you take a child, you cannot sleep three people at the same time.

La peor experiencia jamás vivida en un hotel, nunca había estado en un hotel Ibis pero seguro estoy que esta fue la última. La ubicación PESIMA, detrás de una gasolinera, con sensación de suburbio. El acceso a la altura de la ubicación, nada intuitivo y muy escondido. Mucho cartel de hotel libre de humos (como si el resto de hoteles no lo estuvieran), incluso con carteles exponiendo la cuantía de la sanción, pero la habitación (305) oliendo peor que si hubieran fumado 2 paquetes. En el baño ni un misero tubito de pasta dentífrica. Para más INRI a la 1:39 de la madrugada salta la alarma antiincendios (en cualquier establecimiento puede suceder) y al parecer era un cuadro de automáticos en la recepción..., obviamente a partir de ahí se acabó el descanso, sin recibir ni una simple disculpa. El precio muy por encima del producto ofrecido. A resaltar la profesionalidad y buen trato y disposición de TODO EL PERSONAL, que seguro que no están valorados a la altura de sus merecimientos.
